(1) The pulse staking process utilizes PID closed-loop control algorithm technology to achieve instantaneous heating and cooling. The controller continuously monitors the temperature curve during the riveting process to ensure precise temperature regulation.
(2) It can store up to 5 sets of programs, with each program containing 3 parameter groups. Each parameter group can accommodate up to 4 heating segments, facilitating the adaptation to various riveting parameters for different products. This eliminates the need to manually modify parameters when switching between products. The controller is equipped with 485 and Ethernet communication interfaces for convenient parameter configuration and retrieval.
(3) The parameter settings feature password authentication to prevent accidental modifications. Additionally, the controller is designed to be user-friendly, with easy-to-use operation and intuitive controls.
