The controller used in conjunction with the machine is equipped with RS-485 and Ethernet communication interfaces, facilitating parameter configuration and retrieval. The product can store up to 5 sets of programs, with each set accommodating 3 different parameter configurations. Each parameter setting can support 4 temperature stages. Users can fine-tune parameters such as heating temperature, heating cycle time, etc., based on real-time temperature curve feedback from the LED touch screen and actual riveting results to meet the welding requirements of different plastic materials. Additionally, the parameter configuration includes password authorization functionality to prevent unauthorized parameter settings and modifications.
